Frequently Asked Questions
What sets CCH apart from other residential building/remodeling companies?
There are three main qualities that set CCH apart from other design/build firms. First of all, because we are a small, family-run company, we have a much lower overhead than other firms. We pass these savings on to our clients while offering equal or superior craftsmanship and value. Secondly, we take the time to get to know our clients so we can provide personalized service that perfectly matches their vision and personality. Last, and perhaps most importantly, our creativity and original ideas can take a seemingly impossible dream and make it a reality.
Are you licensed and insured?
Ted currently holds his builder’s license in North Carolina, he Is also licensed in Georgia as a Residential/Light Commercial Contractor, in addition to holding a General Contractor license in Florida. Century Craft Homes is fully covered with liability and worker's compensation insurance.
